We strive to provide high-quality repair services to our customers. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with our services, please review our refund policy below:

Cancellation After Repair Commences:
Once we have begun the repair process, we may have incurred costs associated with diagnostics and labour. In such cases, a partial refund may be offered, taking into consideration the work completed and expenses incurred up to the point of cancellation.

Service Completion and Refunds:
After the repair service has been completed, no refunds will be issued for the repair charges. However, our warranty policy (as outlined below) will still apply to ensure your satisfaction.

Warranty Policy:
At Reflow, we stand by the quality of our workmanship and the components we use. We provide a warranty for all repair services performed by us. Please carefully read and understand the terms of our warranty policy:

Repair Warranty Duration:
All repairs performed by Reflow Circuit Repair are covered by a warranty period of 60 days from the date of completion.

Coverage:
Our warranty covers any defects in workmanship and the components used during the repair process. If the repaired device experiences a failure that is directly caused by the initial repair, we will rectify the issue at no additional cost to you.

Exclusions:
Physical, Water, or Environmental damage, or damages caused by Misuse, Negligence, Modifications, and Repairs performed by third parties. We may choose to exclude or shorten warranty coverage on some repairs. In this case we will clearly note in the estimate and/or invoice, and communicate to you before any repair has begun.

Making a Warranty Claim:
If you believe that the initial repair has caused a failure in your device, please reach out so we can help. If it is determined that the new issue is indeed related to the initial repair, we will repair your device again at no cost within our warranty period.

Additional Terms:
Reflow Circuit Repair reserves the right to assess and determine the eligibility of warranty claims. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer who received the repair service. We reserve the right to amend or modify our refund and warranty policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our official communication channels. By using our repair services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
